The Whiz Mixer is an economical rehydrator made for processing a wide variety of commercially available pulps & for reconstituting custom prepared pulps. It is not designed to process raw fibers.

With the Whiz Mixer you can blend colors, buffers, fillers, sizing, retention aids & other materials into your pulp. This little device will always be of value to you even if you purchase a beater later. The Whiz Mixer is powered by a 1/3 horsepower, 1725 rpm, 110 volt, thermally protected motor. The 4 inch cast stainless steel propeller attached to a 36", 1/2" diameter stainless steel shaft can properly rehydrate 1 to 3 pounds of pulp at a time in a 20 to 30 gallon plastic trash can. The swivel mount on the Whiz Mixer may be mounted either vertically or horizontally for ease of use.
