For viewing PDF files, you will need Acrobat Reader. If you don't have it, you can download it for free at the link below:

Once you have Acrobat Reader, simply click on any PDF link on this site to download the file and then open in Acrobat Reader.

If you would like to open files in your browser before downloading, follow the instructions below:

For Netscape browsers: Copy "PDFViewer" from "Web Browser Plug-in" folder into "Plug-Ins" folder in Netscape browser folder. Go to "Edit" and then "Preferences." Choose "Applications." Scroll to "Postscript Document." Double-click on "Postcript Document." Select "Application" and choose "Acrobat Reader." Under "File Info," select "PDF" as "File Type." Click "OK."

For Explorer browsers: Copy "PDFViewer" from "Web Browser Plug-in" folder into "Plug-Ins" folder in Explorer folder. Go to "Edit" and then "Preferences." Choose "File Helpers." Scroll to "Portable Document Format." Double-click on "Portable Document Format." Select "Acrobat Reader" for "Application." Under "File Type," choose "PDF." Under "Handling," choose "View with Plug-In." Choose "PDFViewer" for "Plug-In Name." Click "OK."
