Delivery & Shipping:
Most orders are filled & shipped within 5 working days. If we anticipate any delay over 30 days, you will be notified. If weight exceeds 30lbs., please call for a shipping quote. Certain items are sent directly from the manufacturer and take 2 to 8 weeks for delivery. Custom orders take 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the particular item. Some chemicals are subject to damage at freezing temperatures; we cannot insure against freezing in winter months; purchase at your own risk. All shipments are F.O.B. Charlestown, MA or factory. Most items are shipped UPS. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box; please include a street address for proper delivery. Normal shipping time for UPS ranges from one day for most of New England to 6 working days for the West Coast. We can expedite your Rush Order and send it out the same day by UPS Next Day Air. Two Day Air and Three Day Select are also available. All express services add considerably to your shipping cost, but may be worth it if you are in a rush. If your order exceeds 200 lbs., we may be able to avoid shipping via commercial carrier (truck) and use UPS hundredweight service. Be sure to check on the allowances & pricing for this service.

Shipping Large Items:
Items such as Beaters, Presses, large Vats, Stampers & bales of Pulp are shipped via truck, freight collect. Institutional orders are sent freight prepaid and will be billed. If you wish us to use a particular trucking line, please advise.
