PATTERN PISTOL PULP SPRAYER

For spraying pulp.

A gun-type sprayer with a 1 3/4 gallon plastic hopper on top. Fill with diluted pulp and spray away! Made of reinforced Valox plastic, with stops and adjustable orifices for a variety of spraying patterns, plus an extra nozzle and wrench tucked in the handle. You will need a 1 1/2 to 2 hp air compressor to run the Pattern Pistol. Set the air pressure at 60 psi.

PULP PAINTING BOTTLES

These 8 oz. plastic squeeze bottles with caps make pulp painting easy & fun. For best pulp painting results, use overbeaten pulp and PMP Formation Aid. Also great for dispensing glues and other liquids. Available individually, but - theyÕre cheaper by the dozen!

HYDROCAL PLASTER FOR CASTING

U.S. Gypsum

White Hydrocal is the finest grade of plaster for making plaster molds. Use at a ratio of 45 parts water per 100 parts Hydrocal plaster, or 7.2 oz. water per 1 lb. plaster. In a flexible container, add water no more than 1/3 full. Sift or strew plaster onto the water slowly & evenly. Allow plaster to soak for 2 - 4 minutes. Then mix as required - about 2 - 5 minutes - until creamy. Sets and dries within 24 hours. When completely dry, plaster may be painted with lacquers, enamels, acrylics or latex.

KAOLIN CLAY FOR CASTING
