Fax your complete order to 617.242.8825. Please supply a fax number for replies.

Ordering By Mail:
Fill out the order form. Include a daytime phone number & shipping address. Fill in appropriate information in spaces provided on the order blank. Send your order & payment to:

Order Pick Up:
To pick up your order in our Charlestown, please call at least 24 hours in advance with your order. While we love to meet our customers, please arrange an appointment, as we do not have a showroom.

Payment:
We accept personal checks, Money Orders, MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card, American Express, or C.O.D. ($6.00 UPS COD charge). When paying by Credit card, enter the card number, expiration date, Name as it appears on the card, Zip Code & a signature. If paying by credit card, orders are not charged until shipped. Checks should be made payable to: Lee S. McDonald, Inc.

Shipping:
We ship via UPS Ground within the continental U.S. & N.A., unless otherwise requested. For Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO & foreign shipments we ship insured Air Mail via US Post if within allowable limitations, unless otherwise requested.

Items ordered at the same time are not always shipped together. Special order items shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer to arrive.

Custom Items:
All custom items require a 50% deposit; balance due upon completion, before shipment (excepting Institutions). Custom orders are subject to a change order fee or a cancellation fee once the work has begun. Custom work includes Custom and Dowel Ribbed Moulds, Beaters, Stampers, Presses, drop shipped Vats, Drying Machines, and Vacuum Systems. We will notify you of the estimated delivery date. Other custom equipment is built and shipped on a quote basis.
